At CIRTEC AI Pte. Ltd. (“CIRTEC AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we believe customers should understand how artificial intelligence is used within our solutions. This statement explains how AI technologies support our products, the purpose they serve, and the measures we take to protect customer information.

Our AI capabilities are designed to improve operational efficiency, simplify building management, and deliver meaningful insights while maintaining strong standards for privacy and security.

2. AI Technologies Used

The CIRTEC AI platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence services to power various intelligent features, including:

• Google Gemini (provided by Google LLC) – Used for interpreting operational data, generating intelligent summaries, supporting automation workflows, and enabling AI-assisted integrations with supported Google Workspace services such as Google Calendar.
• OpenAI (provided by OpenAI, L.L.C.) – Used to power conversational AI, natural language understanding, contextual recommendations, intelligent reporting, and advanced analytics.

As our platform evolves, we may introduce additional AI technologies or update existing integrations. Significant changes will be reflected in this transparency statement.

3. How Artificial Intelligence Supports Our Platform

AI is integrated into CIRTEC AI to enhance building operations and user experience by helping to:

• Monitor and analyse live and historical building performance data.
• Produce easy-to-understand summaries of operational trends and system performance.
• Identify unusual patterns, equipment anomalies, and potential operational issues.
• Forecast resource usage and recommend energy optimisation opportunities.
• Assist with intelligent scheduling, workflow automation, and occupancy management.
• Provide conversational assistance and contextual responses through AI-powered interfaces.

AI-generated outputs are intended to support decision-making and should be reviewed alongside operational expertise where appropriate.

4. Data Privacy and Protection

Protecting customer information is a core part of our platform design. When AI services are used:

• Only the information required to deliver the requested functionality is processed.
• Personal or identifiable information is anonymised or pseudonymised whenever practical before being shared with external AI providers.
• All communications with AI services are secured using industry-standard encryption protocols, including TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Customer information submitted through API services is not used to train third-party AI models. CIRTEC AI uses enterprise/API offerings that follow provider policies preventing API customer data from being used for model training.

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

5. Customer Choice and Data Ownership

Customers maintain ownership of the information stored within the CIRTEC AI platform, subject to our Terms of Service.

Where available, AI-enabled features can be configured according to organisational requirements, user permissions, and administrative access controls.
